The asphalt industry has been a part of my story even before I was born. My grandfather, John Rineer paved the way forward when he started his company in the 50s. My father, a teenage dreamer followed his own path as a business owner in 1979. He ran a very successful business for 40+ years. A business that was more than anything— a family, a tribe of people working together. I worked alongside both of my parents for 25+ years learning the ins and outs, ups and downs of running a paving business. In 2019, I embraced my direction forward to carry on these family roots. Paving Management is established as a Women Owned Enterprise with an active A General Engineering license. It is an honor to represent a lineage of hard working, kind hearted, pioneers.
